Who I am

Hello and welcome! I’m Abisoye R. Palmer, PMP®, a certified Project Manager with a strong foundation in digital marketing, media strategy, and cross-functional team leadership.

Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of managing large-scale projects for clients across healthcare, wellness, fitness, beauty, CPG, and tech — including CVS Pharmacy, Peloton, Blue Buffalo, and SK-II. My career began in paid media, where I mastered campaign execution and data-driven optimization before transitioning into project management, leading integrated teams across social, search, creative, display and investment channels.

Skilled in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and risk management to stakeholder communication, within fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environments. I’m proficient in core PM tools and platforms including Asana, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI. My approach is methodical yet flexible; I tailor frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project complexity, stakeholder needs, and delivery goals rather than following process for process’s sake.

Today, I specialize in bridging strategy, execution, and process to ensure every initiative moves seamlessly from briefing to delivery. I’ve led cross-functional teams of 20–30 members, driving collaboration and clarity across creative, technical, and operational workstreams. I’m passionate about transforming ideas into action by creating structure from complexity, empowering teams, and delivering measurable impact. As I continue to grow as a PM leader, I’m eager to take on new challenges across industries, lead innovative initiatives and keep building processes that empower teams to do their best work.
